A quick, comforting Chicken Caesar Wrap filled with grilled chicken, crisp romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing.

- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large tortilla wraps (whole wheat or spinach)
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons, roughly crushed
- 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Optional: anchovy fillets or a teaspoon of anchovy paste
Instructions
- Season the chicken slices with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
- Toss chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, shaved Parmesan, and crushed croutons with Caesar dressing and lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds.
- Lay each tortilla flat, spoon a generous portion of the dressed salad down the center, and top with sliced chicken.
- Fold the sides in, then roll tightly to form a neat wrap. For extra crispness, place the wrap seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to toast.
- Slice in half on the diagonal and serve immediately.
Notes
Store components separately to keep ingredients fresh. Leftover wraps can be refrigerated but will lose some crunch.
