Description

A quick, comforting Chicken Caesar Wrap filled with grilled chicken, crisp romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 large tortilla wraps (whole wheat or spinach)
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons, roughly crushed
  • 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: anchovy fillets or a teaspoon of anchovy paste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken slices with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
  3. Toss chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, shaved Parmesan, and crushed croutons with Caesar dressing and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  4. Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds.
  5. Lay each tortilla flat, spoon a generous portion of the dressed salad down the center, and top with sliced chicken.
  6. Fold the sides in, then roll tightly to form a neat wrap. For extra crispness, place the wrap seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to toast.
  7. Slice in half on the diagonal and serve immediately.

Notes

Store components separately to keep ingredients fresh. Leftover wraps can be refrigerated but will lose some crunch.
