A hearty and flavorful salad made with pasta, tender chicken, crispy bacon, crunchy romaine, and a creamy Caesar dressing. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • For the Salad:

    • 1 lb uncooked pasta

    • 6 strips bacon, cut into small pieces

    • 2 large chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise

    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    • Salt & pepper to taste

    • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped or torn

    • 2 cups croutons

    • 3/4 cup Caesar dressing (or to taste)

    • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated or shaved

    • Lemon juice (optional, to taste)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Pasta: Cook pasta in salted water, drain and rinse with cold water.

  • Cook the Bacon: Cook bacon pieces in a pan until crispy, then remove and drain on a paper towel.

  • Cook the Chicken: Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then cook in the bacon fat until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.

  • Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine pasta, bacon, chicken, lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan. Toss with Caesar dressing and squeeze lemon juice on top (optional).
