Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

A quick and easy wrap with crispy bacon, juicy chicken, creamy ranch dressing, and fresh veggies all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch or dinner!


Ingredients

  • For the Chicken:

    • 4 small chicken breasts (or 2 large, cut in half)

    • 2 teaspoons paprika

    • 2 teaspoons onion powder

    • Salt and pepper to taste

  • For the Wraps:

    • 8 slices of bacon

    • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

    • 4 burrito-size flour tortillas

    • 2 cups shredded lettuce

    • 1 large tomato, sliced

    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  • Season Chicken: Season both sides of chicken breasts with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Cook Bacon: Cook bacon until crispy, set aside.

  • Cook Chicken: Cook seasoned chicken in bacon fat, 4 minutes per side until golden brown.

  • Assemble Wraps: Spread ranch dressing on tortillas, layer with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Add bacon and chicken.

  • Wrap & Serve: Roll the wraps tightly, cut in half, and serve.
