Ingredients

For the Chicken:

4 small chicken breasts (or 2 large, cut in half)

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wraps:

8 slices of bacon

1/2 cup ranch dressing

4 burrito-size flour tortillas

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 large tomato, sliced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Season Chicken: Season both sides of chicken breasts with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook Bacon: Cook bacon until crispy, set aside.

Cook Chicken: Cook seasoned chicken in bacon fat, 4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Assemble Wraps: Spread ranch dressing on tortillas, layer with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Add bacon and chicken.
