A comforting Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Bake filled with creamy flavors and tender chicken, perfect for family gatherings.

- 2 cups cooked and diced Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 8 oz Pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in broccoli and cook until bright and tender, around 4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, cooked pasta, sautéed broccoli, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Grease a baking dish and pour half of the mixture into the bottom. Sprinkle half the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top. Add the remaining mixture and finish with the rest of the cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add more vegetables or use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience.
