Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking, mixing everything until well combined.
