Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Stir until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sprinkling generously.
