- 12 Slider Buns
- 1 lb. Thinly Sliced Ham
- 12 Slices of Cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- Herbs for Garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by lightly greasing it.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and lay the bottom halves in the prepared dish.
- Layer the ham over the buns, followed by the cheese slices.
- Place the top halves of the buns back on.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Brush the buttery mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown and melted.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual sliders.
Notes
You can customize the sliders with different meats or vegetables, and serve them with sides like coleslaw or sweet potato fries.
