Description

Deliciously warm and gooey ham and cheese sliders, perfect for family gatherings or casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 Slider Buns
  • 1 lb. Thinly Sliced Ham
  • 12 Slices of Cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • Herbs for Garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by lightly greasing it.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and lay the bottom halves in the prepared dish.
  4. Layer the ham over the buns, followed by the cheese slices.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns back on.
  6. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
  7. Brush the buttery mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown and melted.
  9. Let them cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual sliders.

Notes

You can customize the sliders with different meats or vegetables, and serve them with sides like coleslaw or sweet potato fries.
