- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for toasting
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
- Lay a tortilla flat, spoon the filling onto the center, and spread it out. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Toast the wraps, seam-side down, for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm, sliced in half. Optionally serve with a salad or dipping sauce.
