Fluffy biscuits filled with gooey mozzarella, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese—perfect for any time of day!


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 roll refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 6 slices fresh mozzarella cheese (1/4-inch thick)
  • 1 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush a 9-inch cast iron skillet with melted butter.
  • Unroll biscuit dough and place into the skillet.
  • Layer mozzarella cheese, bacon crumbles, and shredded cheddar on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and biscuits are cooked through.
