A cheesy, comforting casserole with cheese tortellini, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese, topped with Parmesan.

- 1 lb (450g) cheese tortellini, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Cook the tortellini according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the tortellini.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
