- 4 cups beef broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Add ground beef (or turkey), and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Stir in chopped cabbage, letting it wilt down as it cooks.
- Combine diced tomatoes and beef broth, and stir in oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook uncovered for about 20-25 minutes, until cabbage is tender.
