  • 3 cups cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)

  • 8 ounces bacon (¾ cup cooked and chopped)

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes (quartered)

  • ⅓ cup red onion (finely chopped)

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon celery seed

  • ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Bake the bacon for 10-15 minutes, then chop it into small pieces once cooled.

  • Chop the chicken, tomatoes, and onion. Set aside.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and seasonings.

  • Add the chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and onion to the bowl and stir to combine.

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
