A comforting Beef and Noodle Stir Fry that’s quick and easy, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 8 oz beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 8 oz noodles (ramen, udon, or rice noodles)
- 2 cups assorted vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Optional toppings: Chopped green onions and sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by slicing the beef and vegetables, arranging them in separate bowls.
- Boil a pot of salted water and cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more oil if necessary. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet and stir in noodles, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixed with a splash of water. Stir for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
