Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Repeat for remaining chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top of each chicken breast.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden crispy.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, include fresh herbs in the breadcrumb mixture. This dish can be paired with a salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
