- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat for remaining chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden crispy.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, include fresh herbs in the breadcrumb mixture. This dish can be paired with a salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
