- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey for a leaner option)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Your favorite marinara sauce, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- With clean hands, scoop out about two tablespoons of the mixture and roll them into balls.
- Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet, giving them space to cook evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with marinara sauce or drizzled over the top.
