  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Your favorite marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. With clean hands, scoop out about two tablespoons of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  4. Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet, giving them space to cook evenly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce or drizzled over the top.
