- 1 cup buttermilk (or regular milk with a splash of vinegar)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- ½ cup hot honey
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, soak the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Drizzle with hot honey immediately after removing from the oven.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For a healthier option, use skinless chicken breasts. You can also adjust the heat level by using mild honey instead of hot honey.
