- 8 oz Spaghetti
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1 lb Ground Meat (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
- If using ground meat, add it to the skillet, cooking until browned and crumbly.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning; let it simmer for a few minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti with cream cheese until well combined and creamy.
- Fold in the meat sauce gently, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, layer in some ricotta cheese along with the cream cheese. Can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
