Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 lb Ground Meat (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. If using ground meat, add it to the skillet, cooking until browned and crumbly.
  5. Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning; let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. In a large bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti with cream cheese until well combined and creamy.
  7. Fold in the meat sauce gently, mixing until evenly distributed.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  10. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra creaminess, layer in some ricotta cheese along with the cream cheese. Can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
