Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and any optional spices.
- Fill each jalapeno half generously with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
