- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled (1/2 cup)
- 4 eggs, scrambled
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1 egg, beaten, if desired
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper, if desired
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Unroll dough on a work surface; separate it into triangles.
- Top each triangle with bacon, scrambled egg, and cheese.
- Roll up loosely as directed on the can.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet; curve into crescent shape.
- Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle with pepper.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with fresh fruit or yogurt. Reheat leftovers in the microwave or oven.
