Description

A classic breakfast sandwich featuring crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese wrapped in a golden crescent roll.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled (1/2 cup)
  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
  • 1 egg, beaten, if desired
  • 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper, if desired

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Unroll dough on a work surface; separate it into triangles.
  3. Top each triangle with bacon, scrambled egg, and cheese.
  4. Roll up loosely as directed on the can.
  5. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet; curve into crescent shape.
  6. Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle with pepper.
  7. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
