A delicious pasta dish that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with the comfort of pasta. Bacon, beef, a cheesy burger sauce, and pasta shells come together for a mouthwatering meal.

- 3 slices center-cut bacon, diced
- 1 sweet onion, finely diced
- 1 lb ground beef (96/4)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 2 1/2 cups beef broth
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
For the Burger Sauce:
- 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 3 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp light mayo
- 2 tbsp diced pickled jalapeño or relish
For the Cheese:
- 6 oz shredded Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions
- Mix the burger sauce ingredients together and set aside.
- Cook bacon in a pan, remove and set aside. Add onions to the bacon fat and cook until softened.
- Brown ground beef in the pan, add salt and pepper, then stir with onions.
- Add broth and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a boil. Add pasta shells and cook for 6 minutes.
- Stir in the burger sauce and 4 oz of cheese. Top with bacon and remaining cheese.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
