- 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 1 cup water (or almond milk)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Cauliflower: Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- Make the Batter: In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
- Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each floret into the batter, letting excess drip off.
- Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and arrange the florets in the basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add Buffalo Sauce: Transfer crispy florets to a bowl, drizzle with buffalo sauce, and toss to coat.
- Serve: Enjoy hot, preferably with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
For extra crunch, add nuts or breadcrumbs to the batter. Can be frozen for up to a month.
