A quick and indulgent lobster tail recipe glazed in garlic butter, ready in just 10 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (68 ounces each), thawed if frozen
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (or olive oil for a lighter touch)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, to serve

Instructions

  1. Pat the tails dry. Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell lengthwise to expose the meat, then gently lift the meat and rest it on top of the shell.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Generously brush the lobster meat with half the butter sauce.
  4. Broil on high for 4–6 minutes, or sear in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until the meat is opaque and just firm.
  5. Remove lobster from heat, brush with remaining butter sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Let the tails rest for a minute.

Notes

Try substituting with dairy-free butter or cooking oil for a healthier option. Grilling for a smoky flavor is recommended.
