Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Chop the veggies: Slice the bell peppers and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the sausages: Cut the chicken sausage into rounds.
- In a mixing bowl, toss together the chicken sausage, bell peppers, zucchini, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for doneness; sausages should be golden brown and veggies tender.
