  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  2. Chop the veggies: Slice the bell peppers and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Prepare the sausages: Cut the chicken sausage into rounds.
  4. In a mixing bowl, toss together the chicken sausage, bell peppers, zucchini, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Check for doneness; sausages should be golden brown and veggies tender.
